We are able to work on either an hourly rate or fixed-cost basis and will give each client a clear view of the potential risks and costs involved in each case prior to engagement and throughout the process. Our focus is on building long-term business relationships with our clients so as well as seeking the most cash-positive result for the client in each case, we will also advise you realistically if there is a risk that legal fees may outweigh the potential recovery amount.
Where a client has a number of similar debts to pursue, we may agree fixed-cost litigation for the batch of debts.
